Why Maison Banquette exists
In a fine-dining room the banquette is the most-used piece of furniture and often the most compromised. Designers draw a precise channel layout, a welt in a contrasting leather and a brass edge, and too often what arrives is a standard booth with the stitch lines in the wrong place. Maison Banquette was set up to close that gap: a specialist line for couture banquettes, period booths and upholstered dining chairs, made by people who read a shop drawing the way a tailor reads a pattern.
Maison Banquette is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture. We are a factory-direct manufacturer of restaurant, café, bar, hotel and outdoor furniture, based in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China. Lecong is the world's largest furniture trading hub, and the surrounding supply chain of timber mills, foam converters, metal finishers and fabric houses is what lets us make detailed bespoke seating at commercial scale.
How we work
We work drawings-first. Every project starts with your plan or elevation, and every banquette is issued as a dimensioned shop drawing showing the frame, foam build-up, stitch layout, piping, metalwork and finish. Production starts only after you approve those drawings, and on request after you approve a physical sample or stitch mock-up in the real material.
Sizes, fabrics and leathers (including COM and COL), timber species, finishes and foam densities are specified per project. For each destination market we specify fire-retardant foams and contract-grade fabrics to the applicable rules, such as BS 7176 / BS 5852 in the UK or CAL TB 117-2013 in California, and supply test reports for specific items when available. We will tell you plainly when a material choice makes compliance harder.
Typical lead times are 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after drawing and sample approval, plus transit. Each quote confirms the actual schedule. We pack for export, ship by sea and quote FOB, CIF or DDP.
Who we make for
Fine-dining restaurateurs and chef-owners, hotel food-and-beverage teams, members' clubs, and the interior designers who specify for them, mainly in the UK, Europe and the United States. Our clients usually have a strong design and need a maker who will build it faithfully rather than substitute a catalogue booth.
Experience behind the line
Across EASEN, our team has furnished restaurants and hospitality spaces including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO café-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Those projects taught us what commercial seating has to survive night after night. Maison Banquette applies that experience to the most demanding end of the market: rooms where the stitch line matters.
