A tub chair for the dining table rather than the lounge. The back sweeps round in one continuous curve and drops to arm height at the front, so it is narrow enough for a two-top and still feels enclosing. Cream bouclé covers the whole shell and the deep seat cushion, and a single ochre piped welt runs round the rim, picking out the silhouette against a dark room.
The shell is built on a hardwood frame with high-resilience foam, and the seat is a sprung or webbed deck under a separate cushion. It stands on four slender tapered legs in walnut-stained hardwood, slightly splayed for stability.
Where it works. Wine bars, hotel lobby cafés and intimate restaurants where the chair is seen in the round. It pairs well with our bouclé banquettes, and the piping colour can be matched to brass details elsewhere in the room.
Options. Bouclé is soft and forgiving but needs a tight, contract-grade weave for heavy use; we can also supply velvet, wool or leather (COM/COL accepted). Piping colour, leg finish and seat height (46 cm dining or 43 cm low dining) are confirmed on the shop drawing. Foam specified to meet BS 5852 / BS 7176 on request.
